Paraíso. TV series opening sequence

Opening sequence for the TV series Paraíso, original spanish TV series from Movistar + produced by The Mediapro Studio. The series is a science fiction tale released on June 4, 2021. The opening sequence is entirely made in 3D using the imagery of the series and the glass dome of the nightclub that gives it its name.

In this exercise, the discotheque that is the focus of the action was builded in 3D based on scaled plans and its iconic neon sign was recreated.

For the final LookDev, several complex compositing processes were necessary as it was essential to maintain continuity with the shooting.

About

Levante (Alicante, Spain),1992. Three girls disappear without a trace. Javi, the little brother of one of them, begins an investigation outside the police with his best friends. They discover that those who have his sister are not from this world. The series has two seasons available on the Movistar + platform.

Talent

Paraiso was created by Fernando González Molina (Palmeras en la nieve, Tres metros sobre el cielo), along with Ruth García and David Oliva (both, El incidente, Los protegidos). It stars Macarena García, Álvaro Mel, Laura Laprida, Iñaki Ardanaz, Gorka Otxoa, Begoña Vargas, Pau Gimeno, Cristian López, León Martínez, Héctor Gozalbo, María Romanillos and Patricia Iserte.
